Unstructured and Stressful - Anonymous Employee Instasell Employee Review

Firstly, this isn’t my personal opinion alone, this is how all the employees I worked with in this company felt, and I’m not trying to bash the company, just sharing the collective experience. The pay given for the workload is significantly low, and the expectations are way too high. They give no attention to how you process things, the tasks thrown at you are very random and the deadlines are very unrealistic. The Shopify experience you gain is hardly of any use. The founders are friendly, but they simply don’t understand how to manage employees or retain them. Their interactivity with the employees is very minimal, its mostly only related to the work. The day Abhishek left, the company was already dead. Regardless, I did make some very good and smart colleagues, that’s the only thing I truly gained from the company. Other than that, it’s just a depressing place to work.
