8yThank you for taking the time to write this review. I really want to understand how employees at our different offices might feel like they are treated less fairly than employees at HQ. I would really like for you to reach out to me to discuss specific examples and help me come up with solutions so that we can stop this from becoming a bigger issue.
By the way, we recently engaged with two compensation companies in India to conduct salary surveys to ensure we stay on top of comp trends and pay competitively for new hires as well as our existing employees.
Regarding more representation of our India office on our social network sites, please work with your local Marketing team to ensure we get more India team photos on our social network sites, and please work with local HR team on suggestions for more fun events.
