Pros

Central downtown location with easy access.

Cons

Seems like a ship with no captain. Management only focused on numbers and not much focus on teaching for the long term future. Senior management hard to figure out. Long hours with little support.

Pros

Awesome onboarding and training experience, positive culture, and lots of teamwork across the organization. It's a hardworking, 'all hands on deck' environment. They love promoting from within and seeing internal employees excel.

Cons

One suggestion for improvement would be to create more opportunities for interdepartmental collaboration and idea sharing. Implementing cross-departmental workshops or social events could spark innovation and enhance mutual understanding of different roles within the company. This could help maintain and even boost our already impressive momentum.

Pros

I’ve worked with quite a few staffing firms in my past, but I’ve never taken the time to write about any of them. I know other people like me rely on Glassdoor for reviews, so I thought it was important to share my experience for other people looking for new opportunities. Instant Alliance is an outstanding company. They were very professional and from the first time I spoke with my recruiter, they were very knowledgeable about the organization and role they were hiring for. I’ve accepted a full-time position with the company they placed me at, and couldn’t be happier in my new role. Initially I wasn’t looking for a job when my recruiter first called me, but after learning more about the company I was eager to interview.

Cons

It isn’t really a con but, it may be for some people, they aren’t easy to disengage. The recruiter contacted me 3-4 times asking for the chance to talk to me about the role before I picked up. Usually recruiters call once, then vanish. That’s not the way Instant Alliance operates.
