Little to no support from instant teams while contracting with employer Consistent off clock communication on personal devices. They really don’t care about you based on the turnover and lack of support. I started with a class of 20, when I quit there were only 5 left after 6 months (training/production) Benefits are terrible. I worked as a STD case manager but couldn’t afford STD on the pay they provide.
