Extremely toxic and unhealthy work culture. Very poor management with constant micromanagement. CEO frequently scolds employees publicly, uses disrespectful language, and creates a fear-driven environment. No professionalism....shouting and humiliation are treated as “management style.” Forced late sitting almost daily, with very low to no overtime pay or appreciation. Work-life balance does not exist at all. Salary is below market standards, and hikes are extremely disappointing despite hard work. Employees are constantly demotivated instead of being guided or supported. Growth is limited... learning becomes stressful instead of productive. Mental peace is completely ignored only pressure, deadlines, and blame culture. High employee turnover clearly shows how bad the environment is.
