I really enjoy working for Installation Made Easy. I truly believe the company cares about its employees and puts employees needs first. There are a lot of opportunities to work on big projects within the company because the company is constantly changing and seeking to grow new relationships. Additionally, the company values new ideas and encourages employees to speak up if they disagree with a new/old policy, process, or day to day activity. The company does a good job at valuing the employees and recognizing hard work. Additionally all the employees are very friendly and always happy to help. Overall very friendly workplace that values hard work and new ideas.
Cons
Overall management strategy has been to focus on Operations and growing the business. Looking forward to more focus on back office tasks that will likely alleviate some manual processes.
