Pros

Remote working, immediate peers are friendly.

Cons

All of the toxic qualities of a tech start-up. Company is always looking to produce more, quickly, without setting realistic expectations or providing support/hiring more staff. Management will listen to your concerns, but ultimately no changes ever come.

Pros

Growing company with lots of areas to impact. Opportunities for growth, Great culture and leadership, and 100% remote!

Cons

Growing company, so things change quickly and often. Not really a bad thing just not the environment for someone who does not like change.

Pros

* Remote-first work culture * QA is great to work with * Annual company summits

Cons

* Dead end for your career with no opportunities for growth if you aren't part of upper management * No real benefits outside of WFH * Convoluted & archaic tech platform frequently leads to frustration & a ridiculous amount of hours wasted debugging as an engineer * 0 team culture with collaboration strictly forbidden * Discriminatory & PIP-happy management tactics galore to bully you into demoting yourself or leaving out of frustration, with dozens of testimonials to back this up * HR is pretty much non-existent & only serve as cronies to upper management while refusing to listen to what the employees have to say * Aside from having virtually no time zone overlap with US-based employees, off-shore SMEs are standoffish, rude, & refuse to give you any of their time to protect their own job security * Constant scrambling to prepare demos for a CEO that is out of touch & doesn't reward the people who keep his money-making products afloat * No official use of AI shows the company truly doesn't care about platform modernization while the rest of the industry leaves them in the dust
