Hi there, thank you very much for leaving us your review. We are pleased to hear that the hours of work are working well for you, along with your compensation. We are also pleased to know that you feel well supported within your role through regular discussions with your line manager, where I'm sure you will have opportunities to review your progress, agree priorities and discuss other ways in which we can ensure that you have the knowledge and the skills to enable you to do your job well.
Thank you also for your feedback around the training. We have endeavored to develop what we hope is a consistent and informative Onboarding process, and one which is available to those joining us remotely or locally. We have broken the Induction training up into bite-sized pieces so we are sorry to hear that you have found the training to be long. Happy to take this on board. Thank you for your thoughts around getting immediate assistance. If you haven't already, may I suggest that you pick this up as a point for discussion with your line manager in your next Check-In? And in reference to your advice to managers, please ensure that you are providing us with a response to our Engagement Surveys. These provide the perfect opportunity to make the Board of Directors aware of any suggestions etc that matter to you. We have one running right now and we'd welcome your thoughts!
