Pros
They allowed everyone to continue working remote after covid hit. There were some in-person meetings but we had the flexibility of working in our own perspective hubs.
Cons
No real transparency from the top. Especially after IeL was acquired by J2 Global. The VP's and C-Levels steering the ship rarely provided any direction on where we were heading, what was the plan to get there, and what resources were available to the folks on the frontline. Sadly it became a do more with less type of business model.
