Implementation Team is exceptional, add to that they are loved by the customer base! Salaries are decent. Customer base has well recognized brands. Marketing team is stellar.
Cons
Company operates from an outdated business model. It often feels like we're a start up due to our lack of resources. Sales Team is very unprofessional & unpolished. Company does not enforce fair sales practices . Reps. are freely allowed to sell into protected territories with no repercussions. Company is the poster child of favoritism. Truthfulness & honesty are not valued at Inspired eLearning. Reps. are routinely dishonest regarding their pipelines and management turns a blind eye to this indiscretion. Being owned by a private equity firm has severely hindered the company vision & morale. HR is ineffective & might as well be non-existent. Company has an ineffective channel sales/strategic partnership model. Content Library needs updating, long term clients complain our coursework is stale. Development team does a poor job of updating content course wear, often unable to answer client questions regarding course wear updates. Ineffective, virtually non existent technical, engineering team. Non- existence of product demo., majority of demonstrations are via PowerPoint. An ever changing compensation plan.
