Pros
Walking into work feels like you're walking into a spa. The environment and the people are great. Zen dens, game rooms, free coffee and snacks, etc. Although I am in retention, there is a a ton a benefits to how are sales team produces me a sale. All leads are provided and expecting your call which makes the conversations between clients enjoyable because there are no cold calls. The potential for income in a sales role is extremely high including residuals over your next years, where as the retention role is an appropriate steady income. Great hours as well! You have the freedom to not be micro-managed but to choose to be a part of the success.
Cons
Currently I have no complaints, we are working in a new building and a brand new department, so we are still working out any minor kinks- but in doing so, it allows the whole team to have a say and grow together as a company.
