Quality Product from Stow Manufacturing, Amazing design software. Fair pricing to end user.
Cons
Owners take all the profit. Mistakes by order entry which is owners gets pulled from design pay. No benefits (insurance, 401 k), low hourly wage or 10% commission only No phone or mileage reimbursement even though phone and car was used for each client.
