Pros

1. You will get lots and lots of free time. 2. You will get computers and 3-D printers (smaller one), where you can create your own pieces of stuff. 3. No work pressure, Hardly there are few ...

Cons

1. No management at all. 2. Miser company. 3. Management is confused as it is handled by very few people. 4. No trust in employees. 5. Inexperienced senior technical employees or engineers, they know nothing at all. 6. Compensation paid to the employees is bare minimum like 15k for an engineering graduate. 7. They hire some engineers to make cad and copy other existing stuff. 8. Any employees leave the company at any point in time, you will see new employees in every coming week. Maybe we were among the first lot of interns, so I am aware of so many cons. The things might have improved (not aware of it.)

Pros

Chill workload. Colleagues were very friendly. Working on different robotics projects was fun.

Cons

Too less stipend. Managers used to announce working Saturday at the very last moment which ruined our plans for trips etc
