God awful, this place is not what you think - Store Manger Inspiration Co. Employee Review

Pros

Easy enough job, fineish pay, online meetings

Cons

Toxic positivity, can issue write ups weeks after incidents without you knowing, does not care about employees well being, will cut hours without batting an eye, will find any and every way to push people they don't want out, racially insensitive, not sensitive to mental health, online meetings always go past time, large turnover rate, upper management says and does whatever because they know they have no consequences. And they don't . HR is a joke here. It's basically a huge family run business and they really protect themselves while not caring about lower level employees.

Pros

When I worked at the inspection company, I found several advantages. The workload was manageable, making the tasks easy to complete. I appreciated that there wasn't too much to do, and my coworkers were very friendly, which made for a pleasant working environment. Additionally, I enjoyed the fact that most of the time, I worked independently, as I prefer not to be around people all the time.

Cons

One of the main downsides of working at the inspection company is the excessive pressure placed on employees to make sales. Additionally, there is a competitive environment for bonuses based on individual sales performance.

Pros

×competitive pay ×Slightly Flexable Scheduling ×Easy as can be

Cons

×Don't go into a management or corporate position -they are a family buisness, unless you are marrying in there is no room for you. ×This is their "for fun and profit" company they made on a whim. So they think all for profit while claiming they are a good Christian, client first company. ×They do not listen to the concerns of their employees in regards to boundaries. A.k.a keeping pictures and videos of their face and using it unsolicited in their "trainings" or on their company calls. Not having protective documentation for their marketing/social media they expect you to do. Expecting you to give free marketing to them by walking around your community trying to sell people their products. Etc.
