Pros
1. You get good opportunity to work on End-to-End Projects. 2. Visibility of your contribution is not usually lost. 3. Scope for Travel 4. Peer group is decent & Management is well qualified, that being said, some of them are not so great to work with.
Cons
1. Infrastructure sucks in India offices. 2. Not many qualified / proven Project Managers. 3. Some Projects' Time-lines / Resources are unnecessarily squeezed.
