there is no support system for employees whatever. There are 5 partners who have 3-4 favorites each in the complany. All praises, awards and salary increments go only to these people. The rest of the folks in the organization are forced to work 2-3 projects at a time under the guise of being 'flexible' and when the going gets tough they throw you under the bus and crush you with so much negative feedback that you would find it hard to absorb.
