Pros
I can't think of a great reasons to work at Insphere insurance solutions. It is 100% commission, if you don't sell you don't eat. They pay fast (I think). This company is great for those who's looking for a lifetime career (business) in the insurance industry as an agent. If you come into the company thinking that there is nothing better out there, you might do well. I will soon have an MBA in finance, I am sure there are better opportunities for me than selling health & life insurance to people with no money.
Cons
The agency manager is jerk. He's a self-absorbing jerk who thinks Insphere is the best thing since slice bread. Like I said, if you have no other options, and you want to sell insurance, this might be be the place for you.
