Pros

For a sales role, they pay incredibly well. The teams I worked with were great, they give you a lot of runway on the sales side to get your legs under you. The benefits are incredible, and the allowances for volunteer time, charitable gift matching, and PTO are very generous.

Cons

On the back end, the company is 20 years behind. The technology they use for sales, quoting, account management, and just about everything else, is clunky, slow, and cumbersome to doing your job. They need to invest in true sales technology and more functional quoting software if they hope to drive sales forward in the future.

Pros

The culture at Insperity is second to none. Very strong PEO service and marketing & service support. Strong income potential for someone who is willing to invest 5+ years building residuals.

Cons

The base salary for the role is below industry norms. While the actual PEO services are world class, the services come at a high premium vs competitors. Because of the lower salaries, many of the BPA's leave for higher salaries.
