Pros

There are a lot of good people who work in the Philly HQ.

Cons

- Low pay - Yearly raises are bad. -Executives who have done nothing but fail upwards in their career. All of them were just friends with Seth from years ago. Krispy Kream money came in and he gave his friends a pay out. They are now trying to expand quickly so when they sell they the value will be higher than it's actual worth. - The culture is frat-like so the CEO could try and relive the college days where he had hair. If you are a women you are at a disadvantage working in the support center. - There has been a large number of lawsuits filed against the company for breaking labor laws over the past 10 years. - The store workers are not in a Union. - The average worker does not last more than 2 years. They have a history of large layoffs every few years. They continue to blame the workforce for the problems.

Pros

One of the few companies that are fully operational during the “night owl” hours. The cookies are absolutely delicious, and employees are encouraged to try them all and share the cookie bounty! Staff was incredibly friendly and diversified, and management was available and approachable. Stores are well organized, everything is labeled and within easy reach, making every shift run smoother

Cons

Employees should be given more training, especially drivers commuting from other parts of town. There are “guidelines” (aka rules) posted everywhere and it was a little excessive, which may be more indicative of the times we live in, though.
