Pros
Near to public transport. Friendly colleague. Most of them. Okay work-life balance i guess. Not too bad. Once a year annual meetup in one of the IA country. Not bad (except the compulsory team dance lol, it is embarassing, not everyone love to or can dance).
Cons
-Repeat type project from repeat set of clients (4-5 usual client)... just same pack test, shelf test, concept test, feature evaluation. Few of my friend work in MR (other agency, client). They don't even know that such agency exist. no awareness in the industry. 1 client-side friend actually ask me "I thought this agency close down already?" -Salary not the best in the industry, slow increment, bonus only promise high, actual low/none. -Training minimum.
