      Pros

      IEG has a very mature attitude towards managing its staff. The company empowers you as a Consultant to do what you think is best for your desk whilst giving you the flexibility to manage your life outside of work at the same time. The business tries to support you in any way they can and they are always open to suggestions on how to be better.

      Cons

      The high level of performance across the business can be daunting to step in to, but you soon realise that everyone will do whatever they can to help you to achieve the same level of success

      - Growing company with really experienced senior team - Brilliant culture - a good mix of collaboration with friendly competition that encourages everyone to push themselves to be as successful as possible - Brilliant rewards and recognition - Good values in the company and great people
