Pros

If you can maintain to stay below the radar, you'll have the time of your life.

Cons

politics and backstabbing seems to be prio #1. Outside it looks very organized but internally you'll notice from day 1 this is not the case. Perception management is made by all in management, but decision are not made and therefor change (which is stated to be in their DNA) is not done at all.

Pros

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Cons

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
