A struggling enterprise seeking relevancy in a world that has passed them by only hiring individuals with mediocre talent that only begets mediocre results. Second hand equipment being used speaks volumes about how the enterprise values its employees and clients. Substandard equipment means monies are being diverted to projects that do not ultimately benefit the client.
Undervalued, underpaid, overworked staff. Only hiring contract workers to get around paying for benefits. Using short term contracts/hiring inexperienced workers to keep wages low. Then expecting them to do work an experienced professional can do. Wet one's appetite to work for the company with empty promises. Meaningless titles and worthless employee designations given. Company brand is an oxymoron.
