There is no accountability at all for bad management. While there are some great managers there, there are also several poor or toxic managers, and with no feedback system in place, there is no accountability for bad behavior. I saw several well-liked and strong performers terminated because of insecure management, enabled by an eager HR department. Managers or high-earning sales execs can do as they like, and that includes terminating anyone who annoys them or stands up for themselves. There is no management training.
The company is struggling, which means many people and departments are overworked after several RIFs, so bear that in mind. For many people there, success equals doing the work of two people and having no healthy work/life boundaries. Two bay area locations were recently shut down completely because they are floundering. They continue to try to force a RTO, but some employees are favored and they are excepted from the rules put on everyone else.
There is a lot of talk about company values, but it's empty virtue signaling and not backed up by any of their decision making.
