Pros

- young, and great people Other then that: - chaos, that covers lack of professionalism - a lot of cheap perks (free food, free room) to explain super underpaid salaries And no more.

Cons

First of all, all 5 star reviews are written by HR, as they are asked to do so from fake accounts. For juniors Never worked anywhere, you like free food, low salaries, free beer once a month, 12 a day work day without overtime paid, fake family and pinto pong playing? Well, you get here also a lot of trainings from people that read an article, and watched a tutorial on YouTube about the topic, and knows not more about it, But they are for free. It’s not a corporation you feel like at home, you can watch YouTube, work 12h a day and have a beer after or during work. But is corporate job so bad if they pay normal salaries? For senior If you want to go to a fake family, where under “care” and help they mean, work 12h+ a day without overtime paid, as this is “care” then this place is for you. If being 24/7 at work without additional pay, with super low salary, but once a month getting free beer and some chips cheering “we change the world” this place is for you. If you like to be brainwashed, hear how much you change the world, how your family will be proud of you, how important is to be a shareholder - while producing pop ups for websites, everyday with overtime and technology that is mostly a duck taped code? Yes, this company is for you. If professionalism, management or opportunities doesn’t need to exist in companies, then - yes you guessed it - this company is for you. In the end, people here come and go more often then you wash your dirty cloths. Once you come, you try to get out as fast as possible. Culture is the worst, not only fake but also repealing

Pros

1. The product demos well and, on paper, includes many features enterprise brands are looking for across personalization, lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement. 2. There are hardworking people across sales, SDR, marketing, onboarding, and support who are trying to do good work and support customers despite a challenging environment.

Cons

1. Commission is not handled in a clear or reliable way. The commission plan is not clearly written and is not consistently followed. Salespeople who close business will spend significant time disputing compensation they earned. 2. There is a noticeable gap between what is positioned during the sales process and what product, onboarding, and support teams are able to consistently deliver. This creates tension internally and disappointment for customers after signature. 3. The US sales motion is difficult due to limited client references, product gaps, and pressure to over-position capabilities in order to win deals. 4. The culture normalizes burnout and employee frustration. One comment from the CRO and co-founder during an AMA stood out: “You should want to quit Insider at least once a quarter. Once you want to quit three times a quarter, we can look at the problem.”
