Pros
Music on and can be chill
Cons
No warning. No disciplinary. Nothing. A meeting that I thought was a general ‘chit chat’ turned into them letting me go so unexpectedly. I started the new job 3 weeks ago with no initial experience. Within them three weeks, I received no training, and was also left to do work by myself all alone during the second week, bear in mind, still no actual training given just following instructions (clearly the wrong ones given). Third week in just a normal week, booked some interviews, thought I was on the right track. Beginning of my fourth week I got sacked. They pushed my 4 month probation period forward to three weeks and said “I failed it”. I asked for a reason as I was certain I did not do anything awfully wrong. I know my standards in employment and I have never been in this kind of situation EVER. The response was nothing, something so minor. “not doing enough calls I know I said 80 calls a day but we want more”. They dismissed me with no probable cause. I’ve only been there 3 weeks and they hired me knowing I don’t know the systems. I don’t believe that this is an excuse to fire someone, I know my work and I will never let anyone disrespect the way I work just because they can’t train properly.
