Very knowledgeable people, everyone is willing to teach what they know. Lots of different, interesting things to work on. Investments in people and equipment happening at accelerating pace. Loads of work in the pipeline so very secure and stable future.

Lots of errors from the past still being corrected. Need more people to help push in the right direction. Output not keeping up with orders.

Working at Inrad you will gain many new skills that can be applied in and out of the optical manufacturing field. The people you work along side are very personable and the hiring staff are very excepting of who you are and what background you may have.

Toxic company politics made it hard to get simple task accomplished properly. Many of the decisions made by upper management were consistently questioned by employees, some of which had 20 plus years of experience working with the materials in question. The improper archiving of complex procedures and operations is limited by lower level management and has proven to be a problem that halts production.
