A big list 1. All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. Employees are less manager's are more(50employees 45 manager's and supervisors ) 2. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. 3. No technology growth, 4. No proper hike, searching for single single reasons for cut-off the hike.\🤣). 6. Simply you will waste your time if you join this organisation, if you wait for some time you will get better opportunities. I bet no other company will be like this so join some labour company instead of this company. 7. They get projects like only support projects. Here company will get benefited not the candidate. So think multiple times before joining this company. 8. You won't find single policy towards employee favour. All are employer specific, If you tell anything they will show the policy 🤣🤣🤣. You cannot win any conversation some or other reason they will fire off. 9. Suggestions to job seekers: please don't join this organisation wait for 1 more month nothing will happen you will get better opportunities. Think about your career growth and salary growth don't rush to feel you got job in Input zero. 10.
