Low salary A lot of managers who are completely unnecessary for the company and employees The company lies to its customers about developers' experience. When I had no work experience at all, Innowise lied to the customers that I had 5 years of work experience and thus they forced me to lie. Lying about developer experience is a common thing for this company. And it is up to you to get out of it at the interview with such "experience".
