Pros
I worked in ClientOps team for more than a year. There are a lot of learning opportunities here. All the teammates including the managers are always approachable. The team leads are very knowledgeable and supportive. The company policies for employees are also good. You will work along side data science and data Engineering teams. You will be exposed to Airflow, SQL(Athena), AWS cloud technologies and automation as well if you show interest in it. Along with the tech skills you will also develop a high sense of ownership for your projects which will help you in your career moving forward.
Cons
I didn't face any major cons as such. The team is putting a lot of hard work so the appraisals should be better. Also putting a system in place for regular trainings on tech skills like Advanced Excel, SQL and Python will help the team a lot and will improve the efficiency.
