      Fresh outlook on energy sector with lot of potential as a solution Great talent and lot to learn from Evolving constantly wrt management and technology Full freedom to try out new things as a fresher

      Cons

      Going through a transition from a client focused organization to a product focused company. Clear responsibilities being defined for everyone currently which may help but it leaves everyone kind of confused as it changes every 3-4 months
