I have been with the business since the start of 2026 and I have thoroughly enjoyed my first few months with Innovus. I have already met with so many of my colleagues across the business and have been warmly welcomed. Everybody has bee very generous with their time and answering all my questions as I settle into my role and get to the know the business.

Overall nothing springs to mind apart from parking spaces at the Luton office sometime being at a premium.

Department ran by a General Practice Surveyor not a Building Surveyor Introduction of badly designed and rolled out automated software with no training. Not fit for purpose. Lots of money wasted. Treating building surveyors and their work like a production line. Lack of resource management and distribution of work across regions and surveyors. Surveyors frequently going off with 'Stress'. Disregard for reasons as to why high rate of staff stress.
