Innovo is a company where you have to push yourself to the limit just to be doing a fair workday, in this company i was challenged so many times to exceed my potential, and to be fair this was helpful at times, and very stressful at other times, i'm able to better perform at almost many tasks now, but always feeling a pressure and a very little to complete my assignments.

Senior guidance is a bit rare, due to everyone being busy doing their own tasks, I don't think you will find many people who are able to transfer their experience to you.
