Let me start by saying I have never posted a bad review about any employer in my life, despite the fact I have had some bad experiences, however felt I owed it to my fellow man to post about this horrific company. Where do I start ?? Horrible management from top to bottom. Turnover rate was at a level I have never seen. Owner and management are totally out of touch with reality ( ex calling employees into office to berate them, Forcing sales reps stay 2 hours hours late only to appease the owner, was no actual work left to do, reps were stuck staring at their desk counting down the minutes to be “dismissed”). Secondly company did not even have a training program when I was hired! My first 2 weeks on the job I sat at my desk and waited for some kind of instruction that never came. Constantly baby sat and micro managed to a nauseating level, was not allowed to leave at 5pm until we were dismissed by management. By far the Worst job I have ever had, terrible culture, terrible owner, terrible people. Be aware of the corny 5 star reviews I can assure you they are 100 Percent FAKE. I don’t care if you are absolutely desperate for a job, do not fall into this trap ! You are better off working at McDonald’s. Sounds harsh but I feel I owe it to my fellow man to warn them about the disaster that is INNOVEX.
