Like every job has it has the stress and daily grind that you have to make your way around.

This is the best company I have ever worked for! Every morning I come in with a smile on my face and am greeted by my fellow coworkers. Chris Parisi is the best and gives out high fives in the hallways! Upper management usually comes around with a word of encouragement (and sometimes donuts and high fives) before we start our day off because they are the best. Workdays are like living in a great and classic movie; Sale here! Happy customer there! Success everywhere! There is always something going on in the INNOVEX Café, just the other day three warehouse employees had a small dance battle while I ate my lunch and watched. Days will fly by and sometimes I wish that I could work past 5pm but upper management will not let us, this is a family-owned business and family comes first before business. Many times a week they must physically push employees out of the side door to close down for the day. It is so funny! I have never been so happy in my life and I am so glad that I work here because there is no other company like it ever.

I can not think of anything bad to say! Maybe that it is almost too good of a job and life outside can not compare lol because it's great. The bathrooms are like spas, us girls practically crowd in to put on our morning make-up.
