The company culture is outstanding. Everyone is professional and also laid-back, with a great work-life balance. The work itself is very rewarding, being that it is a social enterprise with a strong passion for its mission..
Cons
(Not a con for everyone- only for people who are not self-starters.) Employees are relied on to know what needs to be done without a lot of direction.
