-If they decide to take you out of their good books no matter how much u work how good your skills are they will simply ignore you.
- Micromanagement offcourse the CEO is the one around whom this company revolves . He says he don't like micromanaging but may be he don't realise he does it.
- They pay you a good amount but those penny you are going to get selling your self respect. They will make you feel everytime they are paying you and you are someone who needs to share your professional life and personal life with them.
- You will be judged on small things.
- I don't know if they have really worked in any of the corporate company. They don't know how to behave.
-There is no job security here. Doesn't matter you are working with client or the company.
- They think that they are running the company means they can insult anyone on anything. And you will never be given a chance to speak .
- Management is Not Supportive.
- Only sugar coated words no action.
- Simply operates like a consultancy not a service based company.
