-Very flexible with work/life balance -Management is easy to talk to if an issue arises -Owner of company is great, very down to earth, and visits on a consistent basis. Also knows every single employees name. -Company takes care of its employees

Overtime is not always offered, but to me personally, it’s not that big of an issue
