Pros
- I love working here, the vibe is very nice
- Management is incredibly flexible and totally on board with the new way of working
- The work is incredibly diverse
- Management is open to a continuous learning cycle and wants you to get to best out of yourself as well
- The crew feels a bit like family and there is a lot of attention to fun: team outings, monthly food together, team (short) vacation, hackathons, etc.
Cons
- You do need a great sense of responsibility when you work here and definetly need to be self motivated.
- You also need to be ready to do a lot of things yourself. Do not expect that there will be assistants to help you do your work
- A job here can be challenging if you cannot deal with the above mentioned responsibility and self-motivation
