      Pros

      Good Co workers, nice cafeteria, nice building, you can bring water to your desk. Brings lots of pizza in when you work holidays.

      Cons

      Bad management, they are so disorganized. Hours on pay cheques are most times incorrect. Computers don't work too often. Chairs have lots of faults.

      Pros

      The other agents are very friendly. You get breaks, you are allowed to eat on your lunch breaks.

      Cons

      This company has NO RESPECT for family time! They will easily email you on Christmas eve demanding you come to work on Christmas Day. This company forgets that they work with people and therefore they do these inhumane things. Furthermore this company steals money from your paycheck. Please spare yourselfes the horror and do not work for this company
