      Pros

      They are communicative to some extent.

      Cons

      No support for consultants who are working on projects. They have a team in India (offshore) that is very confused and it takes a number of emails for you to explain basic things they should already know about when working with consultants in USA. Also, they lack basic necessities in providing their consultants with hardware and software to do the basics of their roles and responsibilities. The consultants are responsible for just about everything they need - and they will not provide it. Every consultancy group I have worked with has supported their consultants with a wide array of things.. but not this organization.

      My Recruiter is on top of things when there is a problem, and checks in with me to see how I'm doing with my job assignment.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance; colleagues and CEO are passionate about there work; smaller company so it's easier to drive directive. Work hard/ play hard mentality.

      Cons

      Since it's a smaller company, you're more under the microscope. As long as you meet your goals and know/ do what is expected to achieve those goals, you'll be fine. Recruiting is the lifeblood so if you're strictly looking to be a manager or coordinator and not recruit/ do sales, this might not be the best fit.
