      Pros

      Working at Innovative Services NW impacts hundreds of children and families in our community every day. It is exciting to be a part of a company that strengthens families, supports child development, and provides the diversity of services under one roof. I am most proud of our dedicated team who are passionate about serving others, to build life long success! The children and employees makes it enjoyable.

      Cons

      The benefits package is strong for a nonprofit. However, providing services which support children and families in need, relies on funding that often fails to reimburse at competitive levels to retain experienced, qualified professionals. We are fortunate to have mission-driven co-workers whose desire is to make a difference, but sometimes it's just not enough.

      Pros

      Wonderful working environment. They are flexible, supportive and put family and safety first when working here. I can honestly say I have never worked at more supportive place than there. Competitive wage and great befits.

      I can honestly say there have been no cons to working here.

      You are on your feet and always on the go. Not necessarily a bad thing, just busy.
