Pros
I've been working at IRI since June of 2021, and I've enjoyed my experience here so far. I've been able to gain experience in different offices within the company, and the staff has been really helpful and welcoming. I'm getting a very well-rounded experience in non-profit management, and I appreciate the commitment everyone here has in regard to bettering the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Cons
You really have to be ready and willing to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment, which isn't necessarily a con, but may take some getting used to for some.
