Pros
The President of the company is very likable and has a definite vision for the growth direction of his company. Free parking at the corporate office. Great salaries for the Registered Nurses and some of the office staff.
Cons
Confusion and disorder reigns in administration and management. "Big Brother" mentality and actions. Facility managers difficult to work with and fails to take responsibility for their job functions. Lack of accountability. Poor communication within upper management and to middle management.
