Free learning platform, value-based environment, great benefits, wonderful leadership, performance-based annual salary increases, primary access to open positions within the company, access to free mental health support
Cons
Fast-pace environment, you are often required to pivot and learn new processes or procedures, may be assigned a cross-functional role or assignment. These would be a con only to those who are not able to adapt to changes quickly.
This company teaches you a lot of great skills, especially if you're starting out in the workforce like I am. I've learned to be patient and have become a master problem-solving. I've learned that asking questions is never a bad thing and speaking up when you notice a potential issue isn't punishable. The company does its very best to evolve to fit the company's needs.
Cons
In my specific office, we deal with the customers and there's a fair share of getting yelled at over the phone, but that just comes in the territory of a call center.
