      10 hour work days Somewhat flexible with what days you work

      Cons

      Overworked, underpaid Vans filled over capacity Delivery vans never function as they should, something is always wrong with them Limited EV fleet Poor communication Don’t value/appreciate hard work Must go rescue other driver’s if you finish early Safety is NOT prioritized

      Pros

      Being outside & getting paid to exercise. Flexibility. People were always willing to swap or cover shifts. Coworkers are awesome. Dispatchers are awesome. Pay is okay but benefits could be much better.

      Cons

      CEO cares about money more than employees. Score cards are never fair and the metrics you are supposed to reach are unattainable. Vans are in bad shape. Routes are far too long and you cannot actually take your breaks without falling behind. The heat in the summers is brutal. AI creates your routes and treats drivers like robots.
