      Pros

      Good environment to work in owner and leaders take their job seriously and this job has potential for great advancement and potentially good pay

      Cons

      Company guarantees $10 an hour however you will never work a full 40 hour work week if your sales do not add up to equal your commission. Traveling to the office then to client store sometimes in holland is a lot of travel. Company holds checks for 2 weeks so it takes 3 weeks to get your first 100 dollar check.

      Flexibility in schedule,Self building skills and Great Mentorship

      Cons

      Not really any cons just need to schedule more one on one time. Do to the fast growth expansion it make it a challenge.
