Recent reinvention of senior leadership has had obvious tangible benefits, especially across support functions. Mission and role within development ecosystem is unique and combines deep local presence with strong research and policy capability.
Cons
Benefits are not competitive with many staff members' outside options. Back office functions are still underdeveloped and inefficient.
