Pros
Quality product, nice showroom. good track record within their industry. They are one of the top three producers of trading desks in the US; you will never apologize for selling their products as far as quality is concerned. Extremely talented design and engineering staff combined with "old world" type craftsmanship produce leading edge products.
Cons
Very little feedback, very little support for sales activities, poor benefits package compared to other similar businesses. The company out sources most all ancillary types of administrative tasks (human resources) which creates a vague detachment on the part of the contracted services and the employees. The top management are designers by training and not skilled in the art of executive management and tend to stay overly involved in the design and production of the furniture at the expense of focusing on controlling costs and diversifying their market. And while the quality of the product is first rate the prices tend to be 15-25 percent above the competition and limiting sales which limits growth and the proper funding for sales support and marketing.
