Pros
It is a software company which had similar benefits with others. If you are trying to find a place like a government offices, innova will fit you. non responsive, non promotive but offering adequate software working environment.
Cons
Tech-stack is under standards. Managers are really under qualified. Really. Working environment is not airy, Distance between desks are really low. Your co-workers will not be the alumni of top universities generally, managers especially. There are so many dinosaurs in front of your career path, so you will not have any chance to promote. Again, If you are trying to find a place that will not promote you/ disturb you with underqualification, here is your place!
